The Office of Compliance and Civil Rights is committed to supporting a safe, welcoming environment for our Bulldog community. This office addresses all issues of discrimination, harassment or retaliation, and enforces University policies including prohibitions against sexual misconduct, sexual exploitation, dating or domestic violence, and stalking. We are committed to providing supportive resources with compassion and in care.
We are committed to enforcing the Interim CSU Nondiscrimination Policy.
Ways to report
Regardless of the way you choose to report your conerns, the Office for Compliance and Civil Rights will review your report and follow up with you regarding next steps.

If you are making a new report to the campus Title IX and Civil Rights Office (even if this is not your first time reporting), please use the "Online" link above.

The Office of Compliance and Civil Rights addresses issues of discrimination, harassment, and/or retaliation, and oversees the University's compliance with federal and state laws and regulations and CSU system policies. This office offers training/education, outreach, and consultation to the campus community on these important topics. Students, employees, and/or third parties who believe they have experienced harassment, discrimination, and/or retaliation based on a protected status should promptly contact us for more information on resources and options.
